Product purchase


【Trading Procedure】


Customers must register an account with email, and then place an order for payment. After the order is confirmed, the goods will be sent out within 3 working days, and the express tracking number will be updated within 3 working days after delivery. Users can check the order progress by themselves in the "Personal Center" in the account. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered to the customer's designated address within 3-10 days. Transaction dispute handling


【Cancel Transaction / Refund Dispute Handling】


Customers can submit a refund application to the customer service ([email protected]) after placing the order and before the product is shipped. If the refund application is successful, the money will be returned to the customer through the original route. If the product has already been sent, the relevant refund will be suspended until the customer receives the product and returns the product to the address designated by the customer service. After confirming the receipt of the product, the payment will be deducted 10% administrative fee and related shipping fee and then refunded to the payment credit card designated by the customer. If the returned goods are maliciously damaged, the refund application may not be accepted.
