Trading Procedure

Customers need to register an account via email and then place an order for payment. After order confirmation, the goods will be shipped out within 3 working days, and the tracking number will be updated within 3 working days after shipment. Users can check the progress of their orders on their own in the “Personal Center” within their account. Generally, the goods will be delivered to the customer’s designated address within 3-10 days. Customers can contact customer service after placing an order and before the product is shipped out( [email protected] )Submit a refund request, and if the refund request is successful, the funds will be refunded to the customer through the original payment method. If the product has already been shipped, the refund process will be temporarily suspended until the customer receives the product and returns it to the customer service designated address. After confirming receipt of the product, the payment will be refunded to the customer’s designated payment credit card after deducting 10% administrative fees and related shipping costs. If the returned goods are intentionally damaged, there is a chance that the refund application will not be accepted.
